One of the satraps responsible for steering the country of Koukaku. He boasts overwhelming fighting power, but is quite an eccentric person. His swordsmanship is quite good, and he is even rumored to be among the generals of Tenrou Rakshasa in Zui, which has many masters of swordsmanship.
